These are the inmate‘s Board Transcripts from their last hearing. These will be used to identify what the Board chose to focus on, beyond the commitment offense, and our report will focus on helping the inmate  identify insight into those and other areas. If you choose to use the transcripts, please do not send a copy of them. Simply identify exactly where and when the last hearing was and we can request a free digit copy from the Board. It usually only takes a day or two. 

This is the Comprehensive Risk Assessment report the Board conducts with a psychologist from the Forensic Assessment Division that is going to be used at the next hearing. We will identify the psychological focus and develop insightful questions based on it. Because this is considered a confidential document, the only way we can obtain a copy is directly from the inmate. Please have him/her send a copy with the authorization form.
